Over 2,500 years ago, Hippocrates said, “Let thy food be thy medicine, and medicine be thy food.”
Does Hippocrates admonition ring true today? After all, so much of our food now comes wrapped in plastic from convenience stores, and the medicines we get from big corporations are miraculous, at least, so they say.
But what if?
What if we could find food to help us stay healthy; that would ease and maybe even eliminate pain; that would help us manage the real big trouble?
Where would we find such food? Who would grow it for us? How would they grow it? And...
Which foods would be worthy of being our medicine?
